The 2013 Summer Spaaah Series made our third stop at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale’s Spa Avania, a tranquil indoor-outdoor retreat featuring a French Celtic pool and amenities galore. On our second stop of the 2013 Summer Spaaah Series season, we plopped our feet up at The Phoenician resort’s quintessential spa retreat in Scottsdale. Framed against an awe-inspiring view of Camelback Mountain and the resort property, The Centre for Well Being at The Phoenician delighted one and all with an evening featuring delectable treats from the resort chefs,  Smirnoff Sorbet Light cocktails, premium Bolla wines, natural refreshment from Hint Water, a Get Image Ready photo set, a fabulously chic Drybar tote bag filled with luxury spa and beauty products and evening laced with mini beauty and relaxation services. Tucked among the blooming hibiscus and breezy tropical vibe, Alvadora Spa at the Royal Palms wraps guests in air of Meditterarian-inspired relaxation. Grab your shades and join us for a summer that celebrates rediscovering your inner ahhh! The annual Summer Spaaah Series events are back to soothe mind and body while raising funds for Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, a Phoenix-based organization that empowers women to transform their lives through engagement and education.

Your ticket to summer relaxation includes a VIP reception featuring delightful sips from Smirnoff Sorbet Light vodka, a spectacular selection of wines, cool refreshment from HINT Water, sumptuous bites from resort chefs and caterers, mini spa treatments, wellness talks and demos, a collectible Drybar tote bag spilling with products to soothe mind and body, and a certificate for a luxury spa treatment and full-on spa day. Shew, yes, all that plus more surprises in the works!

Summer Spaaah Series 2013 Kick-off Celebration at Fresh Start Women's Foundation!

With summer just around the corner, the eighth annual award-winning Summer Spaaah Series is gearing up once again to cool down the Valley while raising funds and awareness for Fresh Start. What better place to kick off this highly anticipated event series than at the heart of it all!

About the Event:

Fresh Start Women's Foundation has been dedicated to supporting women who want to thrive for more than 20 years. Fresh Start empowers women to transform their lives with services that are focused on three core values: economic self-sufficiency, self-esteem enhancement and lifelong learning. The Jewell McFarland Lewis – Fresh Start Women’s Foundation Resource Center, founded in 2002, is the first comprehensive self-help center for women in the country. This unique empowerment model offers a variety of services including, mentoring programs, seminars, legal assistance services and information and referral resources to support the needs of women in improving their lives. Since its launch in 2002, the Summer Spaaah Series has had a mission of raising funds for Fresh Start. A portion of every event ticket sold goes to Fresh Start along with 100% of the raffle proceeds conducted at each event. The Series has raised more than $75,000 for Fresh Start’s powerful programs and with your support, can continue to serve a major role in helping women across Phoenix and beyond transform their lives.
