Got a question? Bet we have an answer! Please review the following Summer Spaaah Series FAQs before contacting us directly. Not that we don’t want to hear from you (we do!) but we run a tight, small ship and may not be able to get back to you right away.

Did you purchase tickets for friends?

Use the Guest Registration Form to get your friends on the guest list.


Each ticket includes a gift bag, access to an evening kick-off event and a spa certificate valid for 30 days after the kick-off event (unless noted otherwise on the ticket purchase page). Gratuity is not included. Ticket sales are final. No refunds. No partial refunds.

Can I purchase tickets by check?

Sure, we’ll accept a check but cannot guarantee a spot at specific events and times until payment is received. Please send a check made out to Arizona Spa Girls at P.O. Box 25034, Scottsdale, AZ 85255 with your top three preferences. Please include your name, an email and a phone number so we can contact you and confirm your registration.

Can I pay cash at the door?

Events have limited space and online pre-payment is the only way for us to guarantee you a spot.

How long will it be before my tickets are shipped?

No actual ticket is shipped. You will receive an email verifying your ticket purchase.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email or accidentally deleted it. Do I need it to attend?

If you typed in your email correctly, you should get the confirmation. Please check your junk or spam email folder. We strongly recommend you bring your confirmation email with you to the event.

I purchased a ticket and changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

All ticket sales are final. No refunds. No partial refunds. Why do we do this? Space is extremely limited at each event. If you purchase a ticket, you’ve reserved a highly coveted spot. We cannot give refunds but if space allows, we can switch your spot to another event.


Kick-off events are open house style and include finger foods, wine, cocktails, raffles, demos and special evening incentives. Entertainment will vary by location but all will include mini spa and salon services, tours, workshops and meet-and-greet with spa therapists. Spa samplings are first-come, first-serve. Events take place rain, shine or haboob.

Can we use the spa amenities (e.g., pool, sauna, steam) the evening of the kick-off event?

Nope. Our evening events are designed to showcase the spa, and amenities are absolutely off limits. Your spa certificate gives you full access to the spa on the day you book your service (woohoo!).

Can I bring a guest to the event who hasn’t purchased a ticket?

Per the spas’ request, we sell only a limited number of tickets to each event based on their capacity. Guests will not be allowed if they have not received confirmation from us.

What type of food is served at the events?

Food is provided by the resort or a local catering company. While food will vary at each event, you can expect small bites, appetizers and finger foods. Full meals are not provided. We will make every effort to request vegetarian and special diet options; however, the food is completely at the discretion of the venue.

How many drinks can we get at the events?

Guests of legal drinking age will be provided two drink tickets valid toward your choice of wine and/or the evening’s featured cocktail.

Are men allowed at the events?

Absolutely! All ticket holders 18 and older are welcome to attend the events.

What if I forget my photo I.D.?

No photo I.D., no drinkie drinkie. Period.

What if I miss the kick-off event? How do I get my gift bag and spa certificate?

If you cannot attend the event, we really (really!) prefer that you send someone in your place to pick up your bag and certificate. Please contact us with: 1) your name, 2) the event name and 3) the full name of the person picking up your bag and certificate. We understand emergencies happen and in cases where you cannot send someone, we will leave your bag and spa certificate at the spa clearly marked with your name.

Can I buy stuff at the events?

Yes! The spa boutiques will also be open for purchases.

Will there be a raffle at the kick-off events?

Heck yeah! We love raffles and this year, we’ve collected some rockin’ items. Proceeds from raffles go directly to Fresh Start so we hope you’ll be generous!

Do I have to be present to win a raffle prize?

Nope. Just write your phone and/or email on raffle ticket CLEARLY and we’ll give you a ring or drop you a note if you win. Raffle prizes must be claimed within 30 days or they’ll go bye-bye.

Spa Certificates

Spa certificates are vouchers for one spa service of your choice noted on the spa ticket purchase page. Duration and services offered vary by location but generally include a choice of a massage, facial or body treatment. Spa certificates must be used within 30 days of the kick-off event. Expiration date will be noted on the certificate. Certificate includes full access to the spa amenities the day of your visit. Spa certificates do not include gratuity.

What if I don’t use my spa certificate before it expires?

Please, PLEASE use your spa certificate or give it to someone else to use before it expires! We absolutely cannot give a refund for unused certificates and our accountant has a fit if we don’t get the charity their funds on time (we really hate to make her mad).

Do I have to tip on my spa service?

Yes. Your spa certificate does not included gratuities. An 18 to 20% gratuity is standard unless included in the price of your service.
