Event itinerary:
All event activities will take place on Saturday, July 30. Spa services should be booked for Saturday, July 30 or Sunday, July 31. Event check-in is between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. A detailed itinerary will be emailed to guests approximately 2 weeks before the event. As a guest of the resort, you will have access to other resort activities, hiking trails and pre-scheduled workshops and classes that are available the weekend of the event.
Booking your spa service:
You can book your spa service after you have purchased your ticket, completed your registration form and received an email room confirmation that your room has been booked. Spa services are booked by calling 888.749.2137 for Saturday, July 30. Depending on the service you choose, the spa has may have availability on Sunday morning, July 31.
